Phone Support – tell us the issue and we'll call you with a solution
Remote Support – we can remote into your PC and solve most problems while you watch
Onsite Support – if all else fails we'll schedule a time to come out and perform repairs
We have multiple pricing and service tiers. You can pay as you go or if you know that you're going to need help throughout the year purchase a support package and save over 30%! We promise to always remain local so when you pick up the phone for assistance you're speaking with an individual that resides in the United States of America, not that we have any issues with our fellow geek brothers and sisters from across the globe, we just like doing things differently.
